Quotes and Orders
All service quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of enquiry. Final pricing is subject to site surveys, project specifications, and material costs. A quote remains valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Work commences only upon receipt of a signed agreement or purchase order and the agreed deposit payment.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines for fabrication and installation are indicative only. Delays may occur due to permit approvals, material availability, site access, or weather conditions. Signex will communicate any material delays promptly.
Permits and Approvals
Municipal and regulatory approvals are mandatory for most exterior signage installations in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. Signex will manage the local compliance and permit application process on the client’s behalf where agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit of 50% of the total project value is required before work commences
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and handover
- Payments are accepted by bank transfer to Signex’s designated account
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
- Invoices not paid within the agreed period may attract a late payment charge
Signex reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery of goods or services where payment is overdue.
5. Warranty and Maintenance
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing, technical specifications, or business information disclosed in the course of the project. This obligation survives the completion or termination of the project.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Signex shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill
- Delays or failure to perform due to circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure)
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total contract value paid to Signex for that specific project.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information at the time of enquiry and contract
- Ensure safe and timely access to the project site for installation and maintenance
- Obtain any approvals or consents required from landlords or building management beyond those managed by Signex
- Inform Signex of any changes to site conditions, building regulations, or project scope promptly
8. Cancellation and Changes
Once a project order is confirmed and work has commenced, cancellation or significant scope changes may result in charges for work completed and materials ordered. Cancellation terms will be specified in the individual project agreement.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
11. Changes to These Terms
Signex reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
